Jody has in excess of 35 years of experience providing legal and regulatory advice and support to financial institutions in Corporate Lending, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing, Letter of Credit Products including Standby, Documentary and Trade Finance, Commercial Paper and Deposit Products, Cash Management Products, and Internet Banking.
Over the course of her career, Jody has designed and implemented Corporate Compliance and AML Programs, including related Risk Assessments, Methodologies and Testing Programs, and Compliance Training Programs and Materials. Jody has provided regulatory advice in the areas of BSA/AML, FCPA, GLBA, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN, Corporate Governance and Ethics.
Over the span of her career, Jody has worked with federal and state regulators, including the OCC, Federal Reserve, and the New York Department of Financial Services.
Jody is responsible for the establishment and implementation of a Bank Compliance Committee and is the Regulatory Update Officer for the International Bank Regulatory Compliance Committee.
During the course of her career, Jody has held legal positions with US law firms as well as legal and compliance roles with US and European-based financial institutions.
Jody is a graduate of Wesleyan University, Fordham University School of Law (J.D.) and New York University School of Law (LL.M.).
