Prior to Exodus, Tim served as Senior Counsel for the House of Representatives’ Committee on Financial Services, where he covered a policy portfolio that included digital assets, bank-fintech partnerships, central bank digital currencies, and artificial intelligence. Before working in Congress, Tim worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as an insider trading investigator, leading investigations into market manipulation schemes in the equities market that resulted in both criminal and civil penalties.
