She was instrumental in creating a compliance program at the Fed in 2005, including the establishment of AML, sanctions, privacy, compliance risk assessment and other compliance programmatic initiatives. From the creation of risk identification and assessment frameworks to the establishment of policies, procedures, training and senior stakeholder reporting, Marina has implemented multiple compliance programs at the NY Fed during her 20-year tenure.
